Ask them both what their document fee is. When I bought (keep in mind was Dec 04 so things could have changed) both Global & MoSA had a document fee that was some where around $400. In addition to that fee Global charged a $500 dealer prep fee. MoSA waived the dealer prep fee but would not budge on the doc fee. Keep in mind I was an out-of-state buyer so I had to do all the tag/tax/title paperwork myself back in AL plus I brought my own financing so basically they got $400 out of me for printing around 10 sheets of paper

Service Dept wise I prefer MoSA over Global

I've purchased new an 05 MCS, 05 MCSC and 07 335i Coupe from Global...great experience, MSRP on all the vehicles plus fees. They had'um, I wanted them.

Purchased 07 MCS from MoSA...they had it, I wanted it...paid below MSRP plus doc fee. I drove past Global to purchase the last car because my SA was Amanda and she saved me money.

I don't care where I take the car for service because they are going to fix it one way or the other and I'll be happy.

Who will I buy from again...MoSA...got my eye on the 135i or I might just bite the bullet and go whole hog for the 08 M3 if they will let me in line

Double thumbs-up for Amanda.
She's one of us --- all the way.

Yep, Amanda gets my vote as well!

I don't think anyone gets out of the "doc fee", but the dealer prep fee at Global is pure profit for them.

Global will waive the prep fee it you work them. I had a pretty good experience with them. The only issue was low value for my trade, but what dealership does well in that department?
