Removing headrest

Anyone have the "special trick" to remove the headrest in order to install the seatbelt holder? I already RTFM and pressing the button is not working.
Thanks!

Took me a few minutes to figure that out myself. There is a "button" on the opposite post from the main button (this "button" will only be flush/pressable when the headrest is as high as it can go).

Plastic junk

Remember the special trick, because once you're sick of those "belt holders" continually flying into two pieces when you tug on the belt, you'll be taking them out. The system works fine as is, IF you remember to run that little slider UP the belt as you get out, so it doesn't hang loose and get caught somewhere it shouldn't be. I left the one on the driver's side, because I understand the thing. It's still a pain when you angle the seat top forward to get to the back seat...disassembles most every time. ANNOYING.
