Where to get a cool european license plate for the front bumper?

Anyone know where I can get a European license plate (not real obviously) for the front of my MINI?

I recommend http://www.licenseplates.tv/cat/european_plates_2.html.

DO NOT order from europeanplates.com!!! I placed an order with them on 8/11, and have yet to get any merchandise or an actual status report.

I bought mine from WWW.APLATES.COM on a recent trip to the UK. Now I'm looking for a way to mount the front plate without screwing holes in the bumper. Don't suppose anyone knows of a screwless mounting bracket?

I got mine at craigsplates.com. You can choose your numbers, badges ( GB, Scotand flag, German etc) Its a nice acrylic heavy duty plate, exactly like the new ones in europe and highly reflective. Either order 2 plates one for the front/back ususally the back one is yellow and front is white.

JUST Make sure you order a SHOW PLATE b/c they sell real registrations and you need a reg in order to get a real one. Just click "show Plates" Any questions let me know. I wanted mine authentic so I created the numbers how they do them in europe "LK57 CXZ". the first two letters have their own meaning where it was registered, then 57=2007 or 56=2006 for year it was registered or you can use "07" or "06" then the last three letters are any combination you want to differ it from other plates. and there are spaces between the lk57_cxz.

I also orderd the standard license plate holder. Fast shipping too and great customer service.

Beware the one I orderd is too small as you can see in my photos. I accidently orderd the 13 inch wide oblong plate it was supposed to be the standard euro oblong 20" inch wide. The size you want is "Standard UK Car Oblong 20.5" x 4 3/8" Its the default size which is what i shoudl of gotten, when I got mine I click the wrong one and didnt notice it.

Try craigsplates.com in their "Just Accessories" section....I temp added mine with double sided sticky tape from 3m cause I orderd the wrong size plate I have another on order. So once I get that ill attach it using the plate bracket its the "Quickfit Frame" I got from them it was 3.99 looks like this.

If you read my post I orderd the wrong size by accident I got the 13" wide oblong supposed to be the 20" wide oblong. I got another one on order And when you order the 20" wider the letters will be even bigger and not look so off. It'll ook like the attached image below.

Yes unfortunately these Europlates are 20"long and have to be mounted in their own frame which is in turn screwed to the two dimples on the bumper. IMO the Euro aluminum one is the only way to go. it is more rigid than the plastic.

the acrylic one I have is very well made. I have it holding on to the bumper now and it flexes very easially with the curv and if you dont want the bracket you can attach to bumper with screws, i also orderd screws which came with white, yellow and black screw caps which will blend in with the license plate.

I orderd the acrylic b/c thats what they are using now in GB.
