It's built and waiting for a boat!!!! More waiting.........

 

I ordered my car on 9/4, it was finished on 9/28, and got onto a boat on 10/1. Supposed to hit Port Hueneme on 10/22. My MA says it usually takes 10-14 business days after that, but that's up to Portland. So I would think unless some issues came up, it would be a lot faster to someone already in So. CA. I think I've been lucky so far on the timing.

Ordered 3/1 (had to wait until that date because of NAV). Dealer had it ready for p/u on 3/24 (but we actually picked it up 3/31.

 

It took about 8 weeks from order date to the pick-up date from dealer.

 

built on 10/2. Now is waiting to transport. I guess my waiting won't be too long then.

 

Ordered 8/31, picked it up yesterday 10/10.

 

Ordered 9/2 from South Bay MINI (SoCal), pick up tomorrow (10/12). That's 5 weeks and 5 days!

 

Ours should be on the same boat. I called Ask Mini this morning (10/11/07) and they said it was complete and awaiting transportation.

 

Mine is FINALLY showing "En Route" after over a week "Awaiting Transport"! AHHH...the wait is killing me! I'm done dreaming and thinking up what mods I want to do when we get the car...I'm ready to make those mods NOW! LOL

 

The OL is notoriously out of sync. Mine skipped "At the distribution center" altogether and went from "En Route" to "At your dealership."

Start calling and harrassing your MA, hahaha.

 

Or, call Ask Mini at 866 275-6464. They have a very good system. The on-line shows in production, but Ask Mini told me when it was in the bodyshop and then the paint shop. It told me today that it was done and awaiting transportation. On line still shows in production.

 

44 days from order to delivery

 

It took mine about 6 weeks from the day I ordered until I was driving home.

 

Got the call yesterday 10-11, that my car is at the dealer. That would be exactly one month to the day that the dealer put the order in! The owner's log tracking and the dealer's info were both inaccurate. Both showed it arriving at the VDC on that date. It showed up early to everyone's surprise.

 

From order to delivery took about 5 weeks from Princeton MINI.

 

I ordered it on August 10th,it was built on the 24th and I got it (in WA state) on October 2nd. Seven weeks four days from the day of order. (I was thrilled since they quoted 12 weeks)

 

35 days from order to delivery. Being on the east coast and close to the vdc helped.

 

Ordered 10/3 = completed and on the ship heading to Ca on 10/15 due to arrive in Southern Ca on 11/5 =

 

ordered 9/17....arrived at the dealer 10/16...picking it up 10/18!

 

If all goes as planned, tomorrow's delivery will be 109 days since I ordered. No sleep tonight! :impatient

 

man, I tho i could pick up my mini before you do...
