Does anyone know what it means when OL say the car status is "Retail?" Mine has that status but on the list of potential statuses on the side "Retail" isn't even an option. In fact, the arrow points to "On Order" even though it was on "En Route" before this and my delivery date is stated as 9/3/2007. I also know, according to my MA, that the car is due at the dealer this week.

Anyway, i'm just being paranoid since the car is sooooo close.

My unhelpful response is no, sorry, never herad of it! It is probably some variation of "at dealer". It does usually take them a couple of days to get the car ready for you. Good luck and enjoy!

 

It means they are selling your car to someone else.

Might be worthwhile checking with your dealer. It might mean that something got hung up in the paperwork.

 

It means they reported it as sold to MINUSA before the end of the month (to count as a sale for that month) even though you aren't in posession yet. You'll be motoring soon.

 

That's probably what it is as I just talked w/ my MA and he said its at the dealer and should be ready for pickup tomorrow after lunch!!! Hot Damn that wait went by quick!!
