Hooray! Welcome package with standard stuff and 3-D glasses. I like the 8 ball antenna ball, but I'm sure if I put it on it will get swiped in about 5 minutes.

And coincidentally got my Saint Louis MINI Club packet today too.

FWIW: My car was delivered 9/26/07.

WOOHOO, picked my MINI up 4 weeks ago this coming Saturday and the package arrived Monday. Good thing for this forum as I had NO idea that the 8 ball is for the antenna - may have to try that out. I'm loving the pen and journal though!

I'm just curious, what did you think it was for? A wee MINI billiards table?

Oh, PS, it wont fit on the shorty/stubby antennae. So we have to find an alternate use for it anyway.

I literally had NO idea, just figured it was a random trinket to put on the table or something. I actually have it sitting at the bottom of my Hard Rock hurricane glass right now... Now knowing it won't fit on my shorty antenna I guess it'll stay there.

Just got mine this past week. It was a real pleasant surprise. I got an 8Ball antennae topper and it immediately went on the car. What did others get?

I noticed on the side of the box that the model of car you have is checked off, that seems to imply that we get different stuff?? Any cabrio's out there get something else?

+1 to that question. I'm wondering if they're going to send something else??? Can't find anything within the adventure kit itself to use either of them with.

I've seen ads in the New Yorker that use these things. But not too recently. I think MINI Usa.com has a page somewhere that says when and where the ads will appear.

Does anyone know if they are running a current advertising campaign for the top secret decoding material included in the Mini Adventure Field Kit? If so what magazines?

I have the decoder and glasses and magic window decryptor... looking for a tutorial as to how to use the decoder though... tried to use it on an ad but could not get single letters to appear in the holes on the decoder.
