My Mini Cooper has been a perfect antidote for this 24/7 rush hour, stop-and-go, no right turns, jaywalking, pot-holed, high-rent city. When I drove off yesterday, this excited SUV rushed to my parking spot, attempted to parallel park, then drove away. Nothing makes me happier. Pure schadenfreude (I just saw Avenue Q - "It's German for "happiness at the misfortune of others!")

I know I should be taking the subway and buses more, but I can't help it. My primal urges to motor are too strong.

 

Hey, at least they didn't try to parallel park, hit you, then drive off :p
