myst...thanks, hate to be such a downer at such a happy time!

I usually have a good sense of humor about foibles.

This car (a toyota corolla) is really a workhorse, but I am the third owner (bought it off a friend of a friend five years ago and it seemed such a deal!), it doesn't even have airbags (it's THAT old) so it's not really the most reliable or safe car and therefore not worth much to anyone. it's pure point A to B transport when it works.

so, you're MINI is on solid ground now? I will go check my VIN.

how cool would it be if we got our MINIs before the end of next week?!

Porkchop, have you settled on winter tires yet? I live in mid-north CT and not sure if the all-seasons are gonna do it... I'll check out the tire rack and tire thread.

I'm really waffling on the winter tires.
I as well got the all-seasons and I'm hoping that'll do us. I'll try it anyway. I went to tirerack to take a look at my options and found that if I was getting rims as well as tires (and I would), I'd be plunking down almost $1k.

AS tires MIGHT last you the first winter but probably not the second. I found once some tread was off my tires on my 05 they became hard and squirrelly. I'm looking into winters if I can find the right rim/tire combo.

This prolly belongs in dedicated Production Week 33 thread, but...
anyone reading up on / know anything about this USB port (next to the Aux in) being introduced in the 32+ Production weeks?

Some debates in other NAM threads about when it will appear and whether it is part of Bluetooth or just another standard being introduced early.

And general late production 07 bonus material?

and @Porkchop, I saw packages : winter tires/rims for less than $1k delivered, but still around $775-800

If it's in the bluetooth I'll have it. I'll let you know once I see it.

Rastven, there's someone of the 31 or 32 PW who said they have the cut-out for the USB port, but not the actual USB port itself.

Ya never know, you might have the first one in the US!
coolsville

Also talk about update/redesign of the armrest adnauseum. Look at the dinkadinkadink thread, I think that's where I saw it.
