Annoying mini calls

Ok, well I started getting calls from mini for the survey last friday. They called my work, which is a busy dental office. Anyways, they left several messages with the front desk, and finally I was available to take the call briefly. I told them I was very busy during office hours, and to call my cell phone after 5. Well, they have not called my cell, but have called three times a day for the last two days, even though the front desk said I am very busy and to call my cell after work as I asked. WTH? I am going to call them when I get a chance, NOT to do they survey, but to tell them how rude and unorganized they are. Cant they follow directions? I am annoyed.

It's MINI's way of getting revenge against all new owners that had cars on order and called them 15x a day for status updates.

My husband knows the poor MINIUSA reps by name...Doug and DeeDee were his usual victims...while it was in production, while it was in the paint shop, body shop, and being prepped for transport to the ship.

I stopped answering my door near the end of that process...I was certain we were going to be served with a restraining order.

Area code "541" that's the Mini survey people. Since I don't know anyone else in OR, I just ignore those calls. They don't leave messages. I'm tired of answering those damn surveys. If I have a problem with the service or the car, I WILL CALL YOU!

If they have your email address, you can do the survey online. The email said if they don't hear from me within 10 days, they will start calling me. :p Mabye I should do it...

If this is the first you are learning how unorganized and annoying the MINI organization is, your purchase and delivery must have been very unusual.

Don't worry; they probably spit in your secret compartment. And by that, I meant the MINI's. Jeeez.

No calls here thus far. Only one from the Manager of the dealership where purchased, and that one was left on the answering machine.

Thanks, a lot. I've been calling you for days and couldn't figure out why you wouldn't pick up.

Mini contracts out that service to another company. Maybe companies. Neither of the two sets of calls I received, for the survey on your dealer and for the build quality, came from an Oregon number.

Are you sure that's who is calling you? Both of those surveys left recorded messages for me, along with a number to call them back. It would seem odd to have two different systems.

Why did they have your work number in the first place? I wouldn't give that out, unless you want people calling you there.

The first survey (only one so far for us) with the 5s, etc right after we purchased, they left a message and a number to call back.
