$0.00 at order placement. No payments. Paid cash in full when taking possession of the ordered auto.

it seems to me that NAM mini owners are showcasing a higher than average "nomonthly payment"...thing...most are buying it outright.......................................... ...............................maybe it's not a depreciating asset.

These autos depreciate. Most do. Simply put, it is cheaper for an individual to pay in full than to finance - even on depreciating assets.

$1000 deposit. financed the rest ($21200) thru Capital One at 6.4% for 60 months.
Monthly : $412.81.
I am hoping that my mutual funds will be able to do better than 6.4% apr. so that I can make more money than what I am paying in interest at the end of 5 years... I will see how it turns out.

Yes, first car we ever paid in full up front. At this point, it's not worth the cost to finance it.

$11,000 down, Mini Select $265 monthly for 36 months

I am going to refinance tomorrow, and get a few percent less off the APR

welll....THe other pertinent peice of info that is relevant, but not typically mentioned: How much mini didja'll get?

Me, I kept it simple, just over 20K, put 2500 down. 60 months and right around 6 percent, its a payment of $300. NO trade in.
IF your sweating the budget get your insurance guy to give you a quote too: that may go up significantly depending on what vehicle you are coming from. (mine did, but then again I still have my other car)

My diabolical plan is to sell my house and convert some of my equity into paying off the car. I liked having no car payment.
