New Interior Bits For Scarlett

Well a set of goodies showed up today in the mail and I spent some time with my girlfriend figuring out how to get the shift **** off.

The symbol of real action!

Wet Okole Action that is!

She's here to save the world too!

The seat covers took a bit of time for me to install, I still have the rear seats to do yet. The insturctions included by Wet Okole for the rear seats sure make it sound easy to install...for any other R56 owner out there with Wet Okole's was that the case? Basically it says to lift up the bench of the seat and then pull forward to remove them. Look simple enough.

The shift **** required an extra pair of hands. My girlfriend was over to lend that very pair of hands. In less than 5 minutes we got the old one off and the new one one. I like to thank everyone for the install "how to" on this one. Doug...love the new shift ****!

More pics to come as I get more mods done!

I like the seat covers, I didn't realize you could customize those that way. A front seat set may be in my future, although not any time real soon.
I really need a new shift **** as well, I'll have to think of a good design for that as well.

Yeah I know Scoobywrx. A couple of my friends said the same thing.
For me...its just added protection for the leather as I will hold on to this car for sometime.

Not overly hard, just have to get the tension straps connected under the seat. I think I got the fronts done in about 30 mins.

I didn't get lumbar support for them as the seats had them.

I really love the Whalen ****, feels good in the hand!

If you treat your leather to Zaino or Lexol both conditioner and cleaner it should last, as the covers will still be ontop of the leather skin and cause friction onto the material..

So I just have to lift and pull to get the rear bench out? I was trying to figure it out. It was easy on my girlfriends R50, but I had trouble with my R56.

Thats what they claim on the how to guide from Wet Okole but since its an R56 I'm not sure if that's changed or not...
