You have visuals on those Dobs, it could make it hard on SDMike even with a friends easy access. I suspect the can smell Blue Plushy all over a person.

Deacon called this morning.

He's seriously pissed off at being on dry land; apparently having been told that he's on U.S. soil, and that his Dad is nowhere to be found.

Deacon is confused - strange people are washing off his cosmoline, steaming him (he doesn't really like the sauna he says), touching him in his personal places...AND he heard a rumor that he'll be undergoing surgery late this week/early next to have pieces removed and new pieces installed. He asked for general anesthesia and inquired about the recovery time from these procedures.

He's also been informed that there is a Plushie impersonating him, sleeping with his Dad in his bed, and getting the attention that is rightfully his.

Mike's going to have some explaining to do!

 

So what about Churchill?? I bet he's feeling jealous, hurt and rejected by all of this. Now that he knows that his replacement is imminent I bet he's downright depressed. Has a good home been found for him? Have you arranged for a grief counselor for him?

Also, how is Lil'Tiger taking the soon too arrive "little" brother? Sibling rivalry can be a big issue. Have you thought about how you are going to introduce them? Are you going to make sure that Lil'Tiger knows she is still loved too?

Tell Deacon to chill out... at least he's not getting circumsized, or is he?

 

LT, Church, and Deacon aren't siblings, they are mates. LT is the one in therapy over this change. She's doing alright, getting lots of attention. As she progresses through her relationship woes with Church, she understands that even though saying "goodbye" is the right thing to do, it's not easy for her. We anticipate her to rebound quickly and fall in love with Deacon on sight. She's got a day at the spa planned prior to being introduced to Deacon. She'll get a wash, a clay, a wax, a facial, and a mani/pedi before the big date.

MITM was Church's farewell tour. He performed magnificently - as he always has. LT cried so hard over her last real roadtrip with Church that she shattered a driving light on the return trip from MITM. Her right front driving light is still bloodshot from crying. We'll get that fixed soon.

Church was, and always will be, Mike's first love. He knows that. We've taken lots of pics, have very fond memories, and lots of adventures together to look back on. Life is full of change, and Church will turn the page on his time with us, and LilTiger, full of anticipation and enthusiasm for the next chapter in his life.

We still have some remaining demodding to do with Church. He'll give up his Dolby 5.1 surround sound system and his CAI. LilTiger will adopt the stereo and carry that part of Church with her. I see Church and LT cuddled together talking outside each night. They understand their time together is drawing to a close and they are making the most of it. The entire situation remains emotional and bittersweet.

As for Deacon's circumcision...it will occur shortly after delivery. He'll be a big boy with a custom exhaust soon enough. We haven't told him of this procedure yet as we don't want him shiveled up and scared to death prior to delivery.
