well, MINI has made me upset. I've been trying to coordinate the sale of my car with the arrival of my MINI, after checking the owners lounge which gave a date of the 8th, and then calling my MA and he said it would be the 9th, I sold my car on the 10th. The I called and they said that it was still at the distrubution center! what the heck!
Thats weird...most of week 28ers cars have been delivered--Why would it still be at the VDC? I'd be calling a sales manager--I dealt mostly with the sales manager anyways for my purchase.
well, just talked to the dealership and now they said my car will be in on the 18th, and I'll still have to wait a few days after that for them to prep. what a joke this has turned into

I can relate to your problem, Tarifa arrived a day early so the Mini's were at the VDC day early. Within 48 hours OL updated and showed estimated delivery for the 11th. Two other NAM members bought from the same dealer and had dates later than mine and there cars were arriving. On the 10th stopped at the dealders and the date they showed was now the 13th. That night OL updated to the 13th.
On the 13th I called the dealer and the date they seen was once again moved up to the 15th. Yesterday about 1pm, dealer called and informed the Mini was being unloaded, picked it up last evening.
My OL updated this morning to the 15th date and shows still at the VDC, last night the dealer was still showing the same info. OL for us uses a differant data base than the dealers and seems to be minium of 12 hours delayed.
Good luck and hope samething happens to you and your Mini arrives before the system ever figures out it is enroute.
Mine is in and will be ready for pick up on Friday but I have to wait til Sunday! Unfortunately, Fri and Sat my husband is working late...I think he should call in sick LOL

Oh how I wish that were true. MINI#6 is in Ohio at the dealer, and we're still in CA. But we're headed there on the 30th and driving home after a stop at Indy !
In the meantime I have to be content with the photos my MA sent me today.
