R56 First MINI
First MINI
Just got my first Mini, pure silver with black stripes! I love it!!
Made my drive to work 100X better XD.
Kind of a noob question, but is it ok to drive with the sport button on all the time? I like the feel of the car alot like that.

Howdy and welcome to NAM!
The owner's manual doesn't specifically address the sport button during breakin, but use your common sense. Many of us resisted until after breakin, but just watch your RPMs and you should be good. But in general, you're totally good having it on all the time.

Welcome to NAM, Levahddi!!! Do you have a manual or automatic tranny? If manual then use Sport Mode to your heart's content. If automatic, I agree, use it if you want...just watch that your rpms don't exceed recommended breakin limits. Do you have a Cooper or an MCS?? Either way, PS looks really, really nice (but maybe for different reasons).
Congrats on the new MINI. Nice choice of color/stripes.

Beautiful MINI !, enjoy it !
I used the sport button from mile 1, and never drove without it during break-in. I liked it so much, that I ended up building a simple circuit that turns it on automatically, every time I start the MINI.

I couldn't get used to the touchy gas pedal, and it was very rough adjusting to shifting, etc.
