Yeah, in fact, Tony1athome stole his from me! [Actually, I did post it for everyone]. If there's not a Lightning Blue Clubman icon I may try to make one for you...
Thanks for the offer to make one. I did find one, actually, but it was a low-res screen shot capture and I didn't know if there was a better way. I'm attaching what I found for the Clubman. Didn't know if people were putting the R55 on them and such.
Dumb question, but where did you pick up your club membership icons? I'll eventually need one for the Clubman-S....
Thanks
one of the vendors that sells grill badges makes them for just about every Cooper colour combination...
I stole mine from there & modified it a bit, but I can't remember which site it was
Mine's not an S! It has a white roof and stripes though. I think black would look good. I had a momentary crisis after ordering where I thought I might have made the wrong decision going with white. But now that I have it, I love the way it looks.
Ours is a regular Cooper, we didn't find a need for the "S". We also have a white roof and wheels, it just looks so good with the blue. I don't care for the blue/black combo, it just doesn't pop. My fiance kinda does though.
I guess I should post here and say hi. My car is on the TURANDOT which reaches the Panama Canal tomorrow. I hope to have it in two weeks, but three is probably realistic. It has been a very long five weeks since I ordered...

Tony
i absolutely hated waiting... worst part is. when it finally reached the dealership, i was in school preparing for finals. i didnt even get to it for another 2 weeks. it was also my first manual car. i love it so much i drove it to school on the second day of learning!
yeah i still get a bit nervous at lights but, its allll goooood. as long as the clutch doesnt hate me too much
I recently ordered a US Spec LB/W MCS here in Germany. I'm told that it will be built in the last week of the '08 Build Season....I guess I just made the cut. Not sure exactly what week that will be...31, 32? I don't suppose I'll know until I get a VIN number or a call from the rep here. The production numbers for European sales won't work on the Owner's Lounge portion of the Mini USA site. At least I won't have to wait too long for shipping. The rep here says it usually takes just a few days to get here from the factory. I'm looking forward to some summer Motoring on the Autobahn and the winding Barvarian country roads.
