Just checked the WW again and this time it shows my car was loaded on 6/11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It will be in CA port on 7/2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am not the unluckiest guy on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm buying a lotto ticket.

But MINIUSA.com is still showing it as Awaiting transport.

I had a feeling there had to be a few more of us on the MADAME BUTTERFLY than it looked like at first.

Well, after knowing that my wife's MCS was completed a week ago and sent to the port to be loaded on a ship, it hasn't shown up anywhere on the WW site, and ASK-MINI and the OL still show it as "Awaiting Transport". We know it was finished very early on the 10th, and should have been on a ship, but we have no clue as to whether it's on a K-Line ship or a WW ship.
It may not have even made it on a ship, which would suck since it was there all of last week.
I've used the cargo tracking on the WW site, but her VIN never shows up, tells us that it doesn't recognize it. Has anyone else that would have theirs going to Charleston been able to find what the Booking Number for the Freedom is? Did your's make it on the Freedom?

I think the FREEDOM booking number was listed in the production week 24 thread.

Thanks for the info on the Booking number. Just used it and hers still isn' showing up, but it only shows 154 cars loaded, so I'm sure they have some more to add to the list.
Unfortunately, the MA that we had when we ordered the MINI is no longer at the dealership, and we have been handed over to another one (which neither of us like very well). He asked my wife if I could send him the links on how to track a MINI, since he wasn't sure how to do it (and he's been an MA for several yeas now).
I'm hoping that sometime tomorrow the list will have been updated and will show more than 154 cars loaded on Freedom.
What I did notice was that if you click on a particular VIN in the listing, it will show you what day a car was "Booked", which I found rather odd since some of them showed May 2nd as the day they were books. Some showed the 13th or 14th of June.
Some of the ones that showed they were Booked on May 2nd, weren't received at the terminal until something like the 14th or 15th of June.
I'm sure that list has got to get bigger.
I know when I ordered mine and tracked it back on 05, the ship it came over on had something like 800 cars on it, so unless the Freedom picked up a bunch of other cargo before getting to Southamption, it's got to have more on it than what is being shown.
Oh well, we'll keep plugging along and hope that it shows up soon.

My car was completed mid week 24. So if I'm to believe what I'm reading and hearing, it made it on to the Freedom.
MINIGolfer1, we definitely have the same MA. Hehe. Are you with Jarrod now? He's at least responding to my emails.
I haven't seen my car on the Freedom yet either, which makes me hope that it's on the KLine Emden which left on Sunday.
The Maersk Wind leaves on the 22nd and makes a B-Line for Charleston, arriving on July 1, so hopefully we can hitch a ride on that one if we got extremely unlucky on the Freedom/Emden!

Our new MA wasn't even aware of how to track MINIs, and he's been doing it for several years. When my wife went to have a sit down with him this past week, he asked her to have me send him all the links of how to track a MINI, so I'm not holding out much hope that he will be of any use.
Not sure what is going on with the shipping, but based on what ASK-MINI told my wife this morning, her car was completed on 6/9, and arrived at the port on 6/12, and has just been sitting there. So, if it didn't make it on the Freedom, and doesn't make it on the Emden, then it's going to be sitting on the docks for over a week.
The way things are going, we aren't going to have any time to get some of the things done that we need to be before we head to MITMs in her MINI, might end up having to take mine.
The MAERSK WIND is somewhere around the west coast of Central America now. Do you mean the MAERSK WAVE?
Nah, figured that we would put the break-in miles in on hers. Will also give her a chance to learn more about her car during the drive.
Well, we have determined that 1 of several things has happened, none of them are the greatest of outcomes.
1. Her MINI is still sitting on the dock waiting for a ship to get on
2. Something has happened to several of them for some reason and nobody is saying.
3. Her MINI is on the Emden, with no way to track it
4. Her MINI decided to make a stop at the pub and decided not to leave
As of around 5:00 PM CST today, her MA doesn't have any more information than what we already knew. His system still says "Awaiting Transport"
The MINI has been at the docks since the morning of the 12th, so we aren't sure what the holdup is. The WW site still doesn't list her VIN anywhere, and if it did make the Emden, there isn't any way to track it, as it doesn't appear that it reports weather conditions along the way.
What a bummer!

But even if it's not on the FREEDOM... you still have hope.
The MAERSK WAVE departs Southampton this Friday, June 22nd and it arrives in Charleston on July 1st, only a day after the FREEDOM! Good luck getting onto a ship soon!

I would be really surprised if they are all still sitting on the dock or if something bad happened (let's hope not!).
I will be buggin' my MA today and will hopefully be able to get more info.

It makes sense to put cars bound for Charleston on the Emden instead of the Freedom. The Emden takes a more direct route and arrives one day earlier. Of course, it would be nice to get confirmation of that. I'm trying to remain patient. At worst I think our MINI's will arrive in Charleston by July 1.
Well, it's very possible that it made it on the Emden, which is making a straight line to Charleston.
I'm beginning to think that it didn't make it on the Freedom, since it sailed on Saturday, and their system still only shows 153 cars onboard.
We'll just have to see whether all the systems sync up in the next couple of days and somehow it magically says that it is "En Route".
I'm beginning to get a little skeptical though.
