New member. Need the pro advice.

Just bought a 2013 Mini Cooper Clubman S that was scorched from the fires on the west coast. I’m not the most familiar with different versions of this car and looking for your help. I need a front and back bumper for the car and can’t seem to find the same front and back bumper (new or used) I would prefer used but nothing close to this style. The car has a few JCW mods to it but I don’t believe it’s a true JCW but it does not seem to be a regular clubman s bunker either. Any help would greatly be appreciated and if you guys know a good spot other than eBay to buy a used bumper would be awesome.

Check you local mini dealer. They may be able to get you the entire JCW
kit. I bought mine for $950 for everything front and back bumpers and side skirts. They may have different colors but you can have a local shop paint them.

Hey. I am no pro but I have almost the same car. They are not JCW's but have an appearance pkg from JCW that i think is called the aero body kit. I would call the MINI dealership with your VIN and ask for the correct part numbers. Since the cars where ordered with this kit they should be able to hook you up.

This is definitely the front bumper:

i think ECStuning here on NAM is a sponsored vendor and carries these parts.

I am here in the fire zone also. Glad your car survived the fires.

Yes that is the JCW body kit on your Clubman. I would suggest getting it from your local dealer as shipping an oversize box like that will kill you. Plus getting local you can ensure no damage.

Looking for a used rear may find one as most cars that are totaled and used for parts and hit in the front so finding front end used parts is always much harder and costly.

This is all we have here:

You have a 2013, the body kit is for the early Clubman. I know with a little modification under the bumper to the bracket it can work.

Prepainted pepper white on sale.

On the 3/2012 up production, they changed things up. If you need the primed.

Thanks for all the help you guys. I’m slowly realizing how hard it is to find a replacement rear bumper and how expensive it is. It hurts seeing that ECS used to sell the entire aero kit painted and shipped for $599 and now I can’t even get the rear painted and shipped for that price. I have called ECS and the cheapest kit I can get is around $1300 which is insane. I would love to buy a used one and if I have to paint it so be it. I checked eBay and a few other sites with no luck. If you guys know of another place i can look or know a member selling some stuff please let me know. Again! Thanks for the response and the help.

Yes, a lot of the body kits sold out we had, I just wanted to give you another option if you cannot spend for the 3/2012+ body kit.

At this point I can get the entire kit for $1000 shipped in pepper white and then I’ll have to get it painted which will cost probably another $1000. Is this honestly the cheapest option?

Should not cost $1k to paint. $350-500 max. If you were in Vancouver Wa I’d have you see my buddy Dave he owns a Carstar auto body. You are only painting the front and back cover right? Should be about 3.0hours each and with materials and labor at say $80 per hour max that would be $480. Some shops may cut you a deal since it’s a new part that only requires scuffing then paint.

Unfortanetly I’m here on the west coast where labor rates are outrageous. I called maaco which is LOW END on paint and was quoted $300 a bumper and $180 a side skirt.

I lived in CA in the good old days when Earl Scheib would paint "Any Car Any Color for $99.95!".

Was this about the same time you were big into Justin Timberlake?

Just picked up my 2008 Clubman S yesterday. I'm loving that JCW body kit from ECSTuning. Is the Peppered White that is available painted, the same as my 2008 color? Thanks.

Yeah, me too. If you don't take it, Songman, I just might.

Mine's a 14 S, ECS -- is that the model the kit is designed to fit?

Thanks!

See post #5, its for earlier Clubmans but with some work, it could be made to fit. Its mostly the front bumper and rear bumper underside structure and those front brake ducts.
