09 clubman jcw

Car just came to me last night. Found some issues. Resolved sunroof leak by clearing drains, ordered new radio lcd screen cause it's only half lit. I'm going to try to attach a pic, but the car has no accidents, yet the left rear taillight has been replaced. The left reverse light is not working. I know it's replaced as the lens for reverse light is white on the right side, and the left is red. I replaced bulb, nothing. I then plugged the working right side tail assembly into the left to test, and that reverse light did not come on either. So I have a reverse wire problem on the left side. Any tips on where to start looking?

I don't think the reverse light is wired at all on the left side. The Clubmans only have ONE reverse light and it is only on the right side. Both taillights on that JCW look like they are stock....just another quirk of MINI Coopers!

Others....please correct me if I'm wrong!

Looks like you got your question answered. Good job with resolving the sunroof leak with the drains as that's pretty common. Otherwise, enjoy your new MINI!

Yea its just one reverse light, the JCW LCI R56 with the JCW bumper are the same way.

If you have any question on your Clubman we are the go to people

Looks like you have the PDC kit with a painted Cooper S stock body kit also on your JCW Clubman.

I don't think I have the JCW body kit. I'm hoping not cause I am going to be trying to set it up for towing 4 down behind my rv.

Yep thats right I looked at it so quick I did not realize I already talked to you about the trailer. Yea, you just have the Cooper S stock body kit that's painted on the lower bottom and the wheel arches

You do have the rear "PDC" parking distance control.
