R55 Best Lowering Springs?

Best Lowering Springs?

Hi Guys,

I've never posted anything on here before, so please be gentle

I have an '09 Clubman S and I'd like to hear some feedback about different lowering springs. I have done some searching and I'm just not finding what I need.

I'm looking at H&R Sports and Eibach. Have them? Like them? Any other suggestions?

I'm putting new wheels on too and want to make sure that they will still fit. 17/8.5 20 offset.

More than likely with that aggressive offset your gonna rub that being said H and R or NM is the way to go for ride quality. Eibachs ride like bricks.

Yeah, I know its going to be tight. Thats why I was thinking the Eibach's because they are not as low as the H&R's.

I'll look in to the NM's, Im not familiar.

Usually the reason is cost. I personally had a little over a 3k mod budget and wanted lower than stock but not slammed. Very happy with my choice plus I enjoy the custom audio system more than being slightly lower

I hear yeah, was just a question. I use to be into audio, to old for that now, so I went with coils

NM for springs, but with the offset on your wheels, coilovers w/ adjustable camber plates or springs and adjustable camber plates may be neccessary.
