Now that it has snowed, I tested out my windshield wipers to clean my window, only problem is is that my headlights get sprayed, not my windshield. My back windshield doesn't get sprayed either.

Has anyone else had this happen? Are there two pumps? The line is clear to my front windshield as I put some compressed air through it at work this morning and the tank bubbled.
