Tint cost?

How much have people paid to have descent tint all around including a strip across the top? I am guessing somewhere in the $100-145 range.
Thanks
Matt

I paid around $400 to have ten windows done on our Toyota Highlander from a quality tint shop - but our pre-owned MINI Clubman came with the tint already on it. How dark are you planning to go?

$220 for 20% tint all around and both sunroofs. This is from a reputable shop that has been around a long while and comes with great praise from past customers. Don't go cheap or pick a place that will be out of business is 3 months and then a warranty is useless. This is a one time deal. Do it right the first time . Enjoy !!

holy crap some of you guys pay a hell of a lot for tints. got mine done yesterday for $130, 20% all around w/llumar.

same guy has done my last three cars, and hubby's last two. he's the best around. a good tint shop doesn't need to be insanely expensive.

I agree and my guy has done all my cars for almost 20 years and charges $125.00 in upstate NY. But now I live in Florida and have no idea what it costs down here.

$300 on my clubman with Solar guard and panoramic roof to reduce heat in the summer. Yeah a bit more expensive but it was near by.

It really depends on the material. For the same car, one shop quoted me ranging from $220 (Suntek Carbon) to $495 (Huper Optik Ceramic). Under $200 for a dyed metal film is certainly realistic too.

I got my rear windows done today (Cooper S hardtop). I didn't realize until they were finished that the dots around the inside of the windows cause a white stripe. I guess this is something I'll have to deal with? Is this is an eye sore once the adhesive is dry?

Had mine tinted about a year ago. When mine was new, I noticed little air bubbles around those dots, but now they seemed to have shrunk and barely noticeable unless you stare at them. I don't have a white stripe like you mention nor did I ever from what I can remember. I hope yours fades and goes away.
