It's HERE!!!!

Car came in on the Toronto cargo ship Nov 26, was delivered to dealer on 11/30 and we picked it up on 12/1. Had Helix intercooler installed by dealer. So far it's been great and going to our 1st MINI event "Feed the Hamptons" tomorrow.

Initial driving impressions have been great. Feels like this car wants to fly as I'm always checking my speed and speedo showing I'm going 5 -10mph over posted speed limits. Haven't taken it out on any highway runs yet as it only has 140 miles.

Pics of pickup day attached.

Nice to see someone with a new Clubman, they have all dried up
in So Cal, all i see are the Countryman and standards.

I had to search the state for ours just last summer.

Congrats, I still remember when our Clubman showed up. I still prefer the Clubman over the Countryman. The look of the Clubman is so much better. Enjoy your new clubman, get out and drive the twisty roads.

Yellow headlight turns and clear side markers lens

Beautiful car. One question why does it have the yellow (egg ) lens on the front but white(clear) lens on the side turn markers. I thought they came with both yellow or both clear.

Never noticed till you pointed it out. My build is all factory standard (no special orders here) so guess that's the way they're putting out the 2012's. Will be swinging my dealer this weekend and will ask if he knows why it was set up this way.

Yep wife and I looked at both Clubman and Countryman. We both agreed Countyman didn't look like a MINI so we ordered the Clubman. Glad we did as we've been getting a lot of complements on the car and color combination.

So found out that S package comes with clear side markers and would need to buy the clear lens option for white directional. You would think MINI would give you clear lenses when buying an S but it seems the marketing folks don't want to give it away.

They seem to be multiplying in my part of SoCal (South Bay).

We did the same thing & decided on the Clubman. We haven't looked back, especially when we encounter twisties.

I haven't seen an Ice Blue / Silver clubman before. It looks rather nice & the hood stripes complete the package.

Enjoy
