Bringing back an old thread..but can someone help me out on this. I have the 842 Cold Climate Version (not sure if this is the same thing as the cold weather package..but I would guess it would be). The cold climate version is the verbage from options list from the car. That being said...shouldnt have have power fold mirrors? I drove a loaner today and it had the power mirrors and so I know how far to turn the know etc. Just seems like that should be part of the package. Thoughts???

I'm guessing that the Cold Climate version is not the same as cold weather package - the package refers to the heated mirrors, washer nozzles and seats and is an option that has to be ordered. Cold Climate version sounds like something to do with the engine - preheat and so on....

Do you have the OEM sticker?

Or you can have your dealer type in your vin and he can give you a list of options on your car.

Unfortunately, I do not have the OEm sticker, but I did have the vin # input and gave me the list of options. That is where I got the 842 package number. Not sure how I can get a description of what the 842 package is.

"Cold Climate Version" just refers to the spec of the car in terms of standard equipment. They put certain features in cars headed to colder climates and other features in cars going to warmer climates. This IS NOT the Cold Weather Package. You need option "ZCW" or "0ZCW" to have the Cold Weather Package.
