sunroof suggestions

I am thinking of tinting my sunroof with ceramic tint to cut down on the heat of the interior of my (don't have it yet) Clubman, but I love looking up and seeing the clouds, stars, moon, etc. when I'm a passenger, so I don't want anything too dark.

Ideally, I would like the sunshade to be opaque. Is there an aftermarket opaque sunshade for the Clubman?

If I decide to go with the tint, does anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking of Formula one Pinnacle. Comments? Should I do the side windows too?

Thanks!

tint it limo dark. You can still see through it just fine. Or just open it for a better view. Really cuts down on the heat & glare in the car.

Hi napria,

Here is another thread about tinting the sunroof (one of many):

I'm still shopping for my Clubman too, but the consensus appears to be 5% on the sunroof, and personal preference (within legal limits) on the side windows.

I purchased the sun shades (both the sunroof and windshield) mentioned above and they work GREAT! This was before I got my vehicle back to Arizona and had my tint person do 5% on the sunroof and max legal all the way 'round.

The heat reduction after the tint was fantastic - definately the way to go here in the desert! I keep the removable shades in the space under the boot if I ever have to park outdoors for an extended period of time.
