clubman spolier photos?

I did a search and didn't come up with any posts or threads for this.

I'm looking for any photos of clubmen with the MINI dealer-installed spoiler. It is only newly available, and I was interested in how it looks on. I've asked my dealer to alert me if one surfaces there so I can run over and check it out, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone here can help me out.

Hey There,
I have the JCW front bumper on mine, but I havent seen a rear spoiler. I remember reading something about it. I think you would be able to find it on NAM.

Good luck,

Larry

The rear of the roof hangs over the barn doors by a couple inches. The rear washer jets are located waaaay up in the top.

not sure if this is exactly what you were looking for, but here are a few official shots of the clubman with a spoiler. not sure if there's a difference between the 'stock' spoiler and the jcw though...

hope this helps.

I'm really on the fence about this spoiler. The boy racer in me says YES GET A SPOILER. But that thing looks like a tacked on afterthought, kind of goofy.

actually the more i look at it, the more i'm reminded of the A Team.

Still can't decide if that's a good or a bad thing...

Thaks a bunch hardingsan - that was exactly what I wanted to see.

That's it - the A-Team spoiler on the van is the ultimate deal-breaker.

I think you're right; I pity the fool - and the fool's passengers!

This is not what I had pictured - I'm glad I asked!

Seriously!

I was hoping it would be more like the base mini, more of a duckbill rather than a traditional tacked-on spoiler.

You're better off just getting one of the aluminum ones from Pep Boys

actually, if you look at a side shot of the clubman, it looks like there's a pretty decent stock overhang, which could translate into a duckbill spoiler if you squint...

Something I saw recently that just had to be documented. Mythbusters would have fun with this one.

does anyone have a clue has to how much this'll cost?

personally i like the added edge, but since it's not necessarily functional the premium will have to be the deal-breaker...

I will double check the exact amount, but I believe the dealer responded to my husband that it was ~$500. We didn't expect a basically cosmetic add-on (I'm not intending to race my Clubbie) that would take the dealer ~10 minutes to install to cost that much. I was picturing a solid "duckbill"; this isn't setting my soul on fire.

They look pretty darn close!

The Clubman is absolutely hideous. There's a reason it's won several awards for the ugliest car...

I currently drive an r53 (I have a Clubman S on order) and even with the standard spoiler the hatch is always dusty. Does the Clubman suffer this affliction? Would a spoiler on the Clubman reduce it?
