I ordered the sport stripes with mine.

Personally, I think it makes me look like I am going through a mid-life crisis but that's OK....

I ordered my clubman without stripes, but I'm considering getting the sport stripes only on the rear door. Is it too late?
Can the dealer do this?
Or is there a good aftermarked supplier? If so, how do they go on?

Sure, a dealer can do it for you but you likely will have to pay for the full set of stripes since they are sold as a full kit by the dealer.

There are aftermarket supliers. The type of stripe you buy determines the installation process. The factory stripe installation is more like a decal - you use a soapy water mixture to position your stripe and then squeeze out the water with a squeegy. The alternative is a stripe such as the ones sold by Aestetic Creations. They sell an adhesive-type stripe that goes on without water. They are a little harder to install, but you can buy just the boot stripe instead of the whole vehicle.
