Congrats Staticroute, Bentyyc and Drumsfire! Never met a Clubman I didn't like. They all look wonderful and so different from each other, too.

Drumsfire - what color is yours? Pure Silver or Sparkling Silver, it's hard to tell from the shots...the first one looks Pure and the second looks a bit Sparkling.

 

Been a few weeks since I visited this thread.... LOTS of new beautiful Clubmans!! Yayyy...Congrats!!!!!

And I loved having to drive the 2 hours home from the dealership.

This baby can scoot!! (I know, "break-in", I didn't push it too hard.)

 

Congrats on picking up Darth Small, we will have about a 5 hour drive ourselves when we pickup our Clubman in LV and drive back to LA with it, should be a fun drive though. I am just afraid I will be copilot the whole time trying to pry my spouse from the steering wheel.

We are week 38 build, I hope I can survive until early Nov. to pick it up.

That's a great looking Clubbie! We don't see a lot of "D's" around here.

BTW, I think your photo negative is reversed.
The steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car.

 

I was wondering if the club door would be on the other side of the car also. In the UK, if you drop kids off at school do they get out on the left or the right side of the car? Extra door on the right side will make carpool lane much quicker for me!

 

Apparently they don't even bother to move the overhead microphone to the driver's side for the North American variant, so little hope of moving the club door around.

I can see for carpooling and not dropping kids off in the middle of traffic that being on the passenger side is not necessarily a bad thing for us in NA, although it would be more useful to me personally on the driver's side.

That's the nagging passenger option. You should see the one thay make for backseat drivers.

Has anyone installed the JCW aero kif front end on their clubman?
