I’ve been trying to decide what to
do about my hood. A lot of the
clear coat has been peeling over
the past year or so. Interestingly,
the paint on the rest of the car
still looks great at 15.5 years old.

Keep it as is?
Have the hood repainted (up to
$1k for a good professional job)?
Buy a prepainted hood and put it
on myself (also about $1k)?
put a wrap over it ($?)?
Just got it back
I didn’t have them do the front
bumper since it’s just the top
surface which I can do myself
and the wanted another grand
to repaint the bumper.
