Clubman S in pepper white with black

I like mine better than I did my previous corvette.

I especially like that one with the tepee. That is a tepee isn't it or the stick for one?

I can't wait to see your Clubman with its new orange trim. Congrats on your very special long trip home!

Hey how did you get it extended on the front bumper? MY dealer sport stripes stopped short and I like your look. Just wondering if this is unique to the Clubman's sport stripe pkg & whether this was dealer installed....

Thx!

Chrome Line exterior is without the chrome mirrors here

Love your posts AprilWhine. I followed your journey on the MINI2 site. Very interesting trip. It sure looks like Motorwerks treats people right. Loved the welcome you got. Other dealerships could take a clue from this... Arizona seems to have very little fun spirit. I think they believe I'm nuts when I go down there as I have more enthusiasm than all of them put together.

Congrats on the yellow. Wish they had done the S in that color.

Thanks! Yes, Motorwerks was great, they really made me feel special. It was worth the two day drive to get home.

Is that your grayhound in your sig? She is beautiful, and I love the sentiment.

Yes, and according to Miniusa.com, adding chrome mirrors is $140 extra.

Where do you see that? On the MINIUSA configurator, I see:
Chrome Line Exterior (includes chrome mirror caps) -- $250
Chrome Mirror Caps only -- $100
I don't see a way to configure chrome exterior bits without the mirror caps.

I did not know the Aero Kit on the Clubman was so badass! Especially the back bumper. It doesn't have that weird looking indentation curb on the mesh-grill that the tail pipe created on the S. Now I want one!

Hi accordselux, that is a nice clubbie S! Is that yours, or did you place an order?

I ordered from Motorwerks for two reasons: they had an early allocation and were willing to sell for MSRP. My local dealer, Desert MINI, charges $1,000 to spec your order, and told me the clubbies were not going to sell for MSRP, at least at first. It's a free market, and dealers may charge anything they want but I can buy from any dealer I want too. I'm very happy with the Motorwerks buying experience. They stuck to the deal we made, and didn't try to upsell me when I arrived to pick up my clubbie. They are very nice people who made me feel special during the buying experience, I would go back. Tell Sarah I said hi.

No, that's not my Clubman, but it's the same color scheme (CR, black roof and panels) that I ordered. I was happy too that they offered MSRP instead of the markup I had been hearing about. Motorwerks is a nice place!

Small world eh haha
