I think it looks perfect and completely orignal, as only the dudes from DesignWorks could.

I'm not sure about those lower rear reflectors, but otherwise

The tail lights looks kinda small.

The rear wipers are interesting. I'm assuming since each door has it's own arm there's two motors. One for each arm. I bet if you left it on, it will stop wiping in unison and it'll look like the wipers on a bus

This is one of those very rare occasions that I love a cars design completely form the start.... from what we see so far that is. I'm sure I'm going to end up loving it in the end.

I imagine this is posted elsewhere, but frankly I'm hoping someone will just post the answer again here - how much longer/wider/taller is the Clubman S than the Cooper S? Thanks!

I don't think I like how the roof color comes down to the top of the bumper. Is it going to look like that in production? I guess we'll find that out soon. I am excited for it though. I work at a MINI dealership so I guess I'll be one of the first ones to see a Clubman in person.

On the second photo, you can clearly see the badge on the rear of the car: "COOPER S".

What am I missing?

Width and height are the same. According to MotoringFile, length is extended 200mm (just under 8"), of which 3" was added to wheelbase and 5" added to the rear overhang.

I agree, but if you look closely, it appears that the 3rd brake light is almost as wide as the car So that'll help

They are not going to be badged "Clubman" ... its a name used only in marketing materials.

The will be Cooper and Cooper S respectively ...

Great shots ... good show! ... love everything!

And still maintain that it was designed prior to the R56 ... as the proportions are perfect!

Good God, no. Please tell me they're not really going to produce it with that Honda Element-style grey plastic crap surrounding the rear end.

Otherwise, it looks pretty nice. I agree with the people who have said that the R56's proportions are much better suited to the Clubman. Rear bumper looks very nice with the S dual exhaust. Two mufflers?

The rear roof overhang looks a little strange...

I think the Clubman looks fantastic! If I can get this baby with a chrono package to fix the dash, I would be all over this! I really like the silver roof and the silver accent on the rear. The rear looks much, much better than I had imagined it would. Kudos to MINI on the design.

I agree with other posters about the roof color around the rear and down to the bumper - not my favorite aspect of the car, but easily remedied at a paint shop.

I'll be wanting one, but I'm concerned about where the pricing has gone on these cars the last couple of years - ever higher. Most of the cars I see on the local dealer's lot sticker over $30K! I'll bet these will too........

So, we have "Classic" Mini, "New MINI" and now "Big MINI"?

I like the "Traveler" name, I'd like to see them use that..........

My guess is is that BMW leaked these phjoto's intentionally to create even more hype, as this car is highly anticiipated and will add much growth to the MINI brand.

the silver rear trim certainly makes the car visually slimer when seen from behind.

and I like the roof lines ... very surfboard like in its angles.

they managed to do what Chrysler has only been talking about for years with the PT.

The rear end looks like a japanese concoction. And it looks plastic. But, if that is it's only problem..... BY now the speedo may be the size of a helium party balloon.

Interesting, if I ever need a wagon with more space for the pooch, perhaps. I do like the way they did the paint extended from the roof. It will be good to see factory pictures and compare to these.
