On a Covertible cooper, i once saw this hard back headrest caps. I was wondering if those where custom or some thing that you can buy for the convertble. Has any one seen them? They where on a black JCW convertible.

can't remember who made them, but they are commecial. I found them ghastly, but to each thier own.... They were for front seats.

Some on nam (who now don't like me anymore) have them.

i think it sounds like a cool idea. i would love to have something to cover that back seats -sorta make it look like a roadster,

 

can you describe what you're looking for a bit more? What I was mentioning was some aftermarket seat backs that were a hard plastic shell that attached to the OEM seats...

kindof... but not the full back.
they cover the headrest and just about 6-8 inches past the headrest.

 

then i am at a loss let me flip through my mini mags again but nothing like that rings a bell :impatient

 

ONe of fireball tim's guy with a black convertible has them...

might be custom,,,

 

then you might want to post on their forums to see if you get any better answers....
