Windows go half way down

I have noticed recently that when I put the top down from inside the car, my front windows only go half way down and I need to hit the auto down for each side to get them to finish the trip. What am I doing wrong? I don't remember any problems using the key remote.

this is normal. I don't think there is a way to change it.

As stated above...this is the way it is programmed from the factory.

I was told that this can be reprogrammed, along with single button hit to unlock both doors together remotely, and single button (additional hit) to open top remotely. I wonder what else can be reprogrammed we haven't been told about. Getting the complete answer from the dealer has been tough.

I do this: Tap (briefly press) the 'down' button for the back windows. Both back windows will go all the way down, THEN the front windows go all the way down. Then you can lower your top. It's still a pain, and my dealer says that can't be changed, but the way I do it is still easier than pressing both window buttons afterwards.

just as before

Again if you hold the top down button long enough the widows will go back all the way up. Tap the rear then the front, other then that just hold the key's unlock button

WOW - I tried this tonight and it worked like a charm. Never knew this - thanks !!!

I held the button to force the windows all the way up, then tapped the rear window down button and they all retracted all the way. Cool !!

All of the windows will go down whenever you tap the 'rear window down' button, no matter how far up or down they are when you push it. That's why I just push that button first before I put the top down.
