Can someone help me with this decoding question? and transmission jerking
Bought this 05 cooper s convertible. All I need to know whether the automatic transmission it has is a CVT or not. Here is the website to the decoder

The last 7 digits of my vin are: TK56572.
If it is NOT CVT, and it has jerking issue with the transmission, is it still as bad as the issues those CVT ones have?
Car has 128k, bad jerking on low gears in the stop and go. I know it has been discussed in many forums but every case is a bit different. My first thing is to find out if it's a CVT. I feel the shifting when driving it.
