BRG and Red?

I'm going to have to disassemble the headlight of the passenger side, a la Joey, to reattach the round piece around the xenon bulb. Not sure what happened but it's just rattling around in there. SOOOO, as long as I have the thing taken apart I figured I Joey it. Has anyone seen BRG with red highlights? I'm thinking that a bright red would look kind of cool with the chrome ring blacked out. Any input, or better yet, photos of green with red?

Green and red do look cool together. I have a BRG MINI and have considered red complements. Just don't do the grill or you will end up with a frog wearing lipstick.
I batted around the notion of red wheels for a little while, but dropped it.
Red eyes might look pretty good. Do you have a chrome grill?

The grill is chrome, but blacked out right now with Plasticote. It looks pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of chrome but want to be careful with what I do. Some of it can't go back!

I swapped my grill out with an Aero kit (but stored the original). Now my chrome "bumper" trim looks out of place, so I will be blacking them out somehow. I was asking about the chrome because I picture the red and green going well with chrome for some reason. Hope you post some pics if you go through with the mods.

IMHO I don think it will look good. But with that said I would like to see if someone has done red accents on a BRG just to see what it looks like.

My red go-fasts are limited (for now) to the stripes in my UJ A-panels, a driver-side Schroth harness, some shock-cord on my gps mount, and a baseball cap.

I used a guide or two that I found on here. It's really pretty easy, you just have to take it slow. I'm going to have to get in the lights again because it appears I need to remove the red from the inside of the lights too. I already peeled the red from around the rings. It actually doesn't look too bad, but it's not "really" my car...

So you're painting blood shot eyes on someone else's mini

The red from the inside poses some kind traffic infraction? I was thinking that the reflection might be confusing to oncoming traffic.

It's technically my wife's car. There is no reflection from the red because the reflectors are still chrome.
