Plastic panels by rear seats

How much would it be to replace the plastic panels surronding the rear seats. The ones with the speakers in them.

My wife is very upset with how scratched up hers are. Also is there an easy way to fix them without replacing?

You might try posting to the detailing forum about refinishing them.... As far as replacements, I would call the dealer for a price, or do an internet search. You might be able to find them at an auto recycler. I found a mirror for my son's toyota at a local recycler for less than half the new price.

Pelicanparts.com has them for $84 each side (not bad, considering).

I don't think you'll have much luck refinishing them, since they're textured hard plastic. If it's just the white marks from the scratches that are bothering you, it's possible to re-dye them (if you can get matching dye), but if the new ones are $170/pair, that's probably the best way to go as far as price and good results goes.

What is the part number for these rear plastic panels? I can't seem to find them on Pelicanparts.com.

First you look up on the part on realoem.com - then you put the part number in at Pelican Parts to get a price - here's the realoem page:

You may want to see if someone in your area specializes in interior repair. I work at a body shop and we have a guy in the area who can repair trim pieces, convertible tops, etc.

It may save you a few bucks at least. I know for small scratches and that he usually would charge $50-$75
