I know this thread is old, but is there a registry of the LOTSC Minis?
Ran across one, but the sill plate doesn't have the numbers on it. It is the LOTSC sill plate, just doesn't have numbers.
The last 7 of the VIN are TU81557.
I know that #66 is TU81590, and I don't believe that the VINS were sequential.

My Supercharged R52 Cooper S JCW is build date 12/2007 it has john cooper signature decals on both front guards and on dash, it has "mini international motorsport limited edition" badges above the signature's, the Speedo & Tach are behind steering wheel with oil/temp/fuel in center of dash, I haven't been able to find any info on this combination anywhere on line, It is an Australian import
any thoughts/help

Think thats just an ebay special badge. People put those on the car like autozone upgrades. lol

Thanks so much - a great area to drive I agree. Took my old Alfa Spider in that area once.
Also an important correction - I finally squinted closely at the passenger doorsill badge - it is 71 of 100, not 82 (which was the number my wife recalled). I was too busy driivig to look closely yesterday!

#47 out of 100.
Just joined the club.
Mechanically is strong.
Powering steering is a bit sluggish and turning squeak seems to be coming form the column.
I am thinking of restoring this, including some fresh paint (or wrap), lowering (ECS Tuning coilovers), pulleys, etc.
I also want to replace the convertible top - watched a few YouTube videos but not confident I want to take that on. So may end up buying a used top in good condition and paying $800 labor for them to install it.
Would love any advice along the way.
Excited to have a project car again!
