Question about sunroof on my 02 MC

I'm grateful for having a sunroof, always wanted one, but I don't like how there is no real cover for when I don't want the sunlight shining on me, is this the case for all sunroofs on the 02 models? If so is there some fix or way of getting a solid cover so that I can block the sunlight?

That is how they all are - you can either make or buy solid sunroof covers.

(for example, http://www.stratmosphere.com/mini_interior.htm)

I have the sunroof shade for the front part that I bought and its the same stuff they use for the windshield sun shades. If you didnt want to be the one to fit you could buy a cheap one and cut it down to the size to fit right in

Instead of a sunshade, you can have the sunroof glass tinted with very dark 5% (limo) tint. It cuts down on heat and glare and you can still see out.
