Hi guys,
Question:
I recently bought a Mini, and I think it's tuned.
If it's already tuned with the 330cc injectors, could I swap those with the 380cc (JCW) and not cause any problems?

No, you'll want to tune the car for the 380cc injectors. For normal driving, the car can probably trim itself to a balanced fuel/air ratio, but under wide open throttle, you'll be running rich.
