Over the holiday I had a chance to drive down to the "high desert" area near Death Valley. While there, I even managed to cover ~5 miles on a dirt road! It wasn't too bad other than the washboards trying to shake us apart, and the beginning/end and middle sections had some interesting inclines with holes that were a challenge. Anyway, here are a few pics:

I really like this piccie from your album! Washboard is tricky. :impatient I'm always worried that my MINI will develop rattles/creaks from rough roads.

Thats about 20 or so miles from where I work... Yes, I work in the middle of nowhere .
