A friend of mine did the work, I got a kind of discount. I prefer not to mention the cost publicly. I haven't done any engine work. I am going to do performace work later - working on appearance. I try to show my MINI to as many big shows we have here. I am thinking about expanding to Nevada and California for shows.

Love the look, but I'm not sure if I would get sick of it or not. But I'm sure for a while it would be as cool as the first day.

My friend has a shop called The Interior Shop. It took me two days to have it done. He has a lot of projects coming up soon. My headrests will be back in a week or so.

Welcome to MCO.. You have a very nice Cooper. But you won't tell the cost?? This is a public forum and there are no secrets here. You posted something very unique and different, maybe in MINI2 where you are from you keep things from one. But here we are all family. Its cool to be proud of your work but its also cool to share your experiences. We do how to's and post pictures. We share all MINI information with everyone who wants it. Nice work again. And I have a sunroof anyway so I would not be able t do that even if I wanted to. So I guess I really don't care what it cost after all. I'm just looking out for my non sun roof brothers and sisters.

Maybe as a compromise you could tell us what you would have paid had there not been a discount.

Mine would have probably been between 500-600 dollars. But it also depends on the difficulties of the car, material used, and detail of the design.

That's so sweet!

I'd do it to mine, but it might block some of the light from the sunroof!

That looks fantastic!! You are so creative!!

Do you have pics of the exterior? If it looks that sweet on the inside, then I know you're styling on the outside.

I was originally going to get the MINI logo on my headrests - but it was more money and I didn't want the MINI logo everywhere. So I am just getting Hers and His stitched onto them.
