MOASF just had a drive from Woodside to Half Moon Bay last month. Pictures showed about 15-20 old and new MINIs getting together.
Check out their website for any more gatherings.

(though I did see a mini MINI rally in the parking lot of the new Daly City movie theater during Goldmember's first weekend).
