My name is Macen and I'm new to the Mini scene. Just picked up a 2008 Cooper S and I'm hoping to turn it in to a more fun daily in the coming months! I'll probably bother you with a lot of questions, but I like to gather information before I make a decision. Hopefully I can learn a lot and impart some mechanical systems knowledge along the way!

Here you go! This is pre-roof rack install. Bought it from the original owner with 50K miles on the clock. Hopefully there are many more to go!

Thanks a lot guys! As of right now it's stock mechanically. I'm hoping to eventually push it up in to the 250ish horsepower range and turn it in to a track/daily driver! It'll take a while though because I want to do it right!

Cool color stripe wheel combo. I really enjoy some of the unique color combinations Mini and owners come up with. Which paint code or color description is your car?

These cars are way too fun. I can't seem to not drive it in a less than sporty manner. Amazing what this car can do with less than 200HP. I've had my share of high HP cars, 556 RWHP Camaro for one. The HP to fun ratio with this car is amazing ever time I drive it.
