The little stickers you are referring to that go above the toggle switches came in our welcome package from miniusa when we bought our '05, but we didn't get anymore when we got our welcome package for the '06, luckily we removed the '05 package when we sold it so we still have some left. They are great conversation pieces

If you're are looking for these, go to MiniPirate, email Phil and tell him you want the "toggle switch stickers"

To answer the original question - I've gotten those from the dealer when the MINI was in for service. Have never seen them in the showroom.
The re-labeling kit below came with the 'Unauthorized Owner's Manual' which was sent to many owners.
Having bought mine used, I sent an email to mini.assistance@askminiusa.com and provided them my VIN and mailing address and MINI sent me one.
It's been reported that they no longer have the relabeling kits - but never believe what you read on the internet.

I had one of those little clear jobbies put on by the dealer ("Driving directions are like rules, they're meant to be broken") after a maintenance appointment.

Whoo hoo!
After I read this thread in September. I e-mailed MINI and asked for an Unauthorized Owner's Manual and the Toggle Switch Relabeling Kit.
They promptly replied saying "of course we would love to send you the manual/relabeling kit..."
Well, today I got it.
I didn't get the back fog light so I have a blank space in my bank of toggles. Instead of a toggle, it sort of looks like a button. I think maybe I should make the "button" red and relabel it as the ejector seat.

service "surprise" stickers
The stickers in the first post are "service stickers"
They are put on at the dealer at your service interval.
I was able to ask my SA and got about 10 different ones.
Maybe ebay or be real nice to you SA
a post a while back was putting a list together ...
Here is what I saved from that list.

A dirty MINI isn't neglected. It's experienced.
Always keep the talk half full. Inspiration may be at the next light.
Consider a road trip every 3000 miles.
Don't be afraid of nicks and dings. Scars are sexy.
Driving directions are like rules. They're meant to be broken.
Every once in a while, take the "long cut".
Get lost. You never know what you'll find.
Give the gift of motoring. Pay someone's toll.
If the radio stations are fuzzy, tune in a little conversation.
Just a reminder: dogs love to motor.
Leave no street undiscovered. No subdivision unexplored.
Make spontaneity part of your routine.
More mileage equals more perspective.
Never be limited by your city limits.
Odometers don't just measure miles. They measure experiences.
Point A to Point B is not always the point.
Run an errand for nothing in particular.
Share the motoring. Find yourself a co-pilot.
Share the road, but occasionally get some asphalt to yourself.
Some of the best motoring can be done with the engine off.
Take time to smell a roadside fruit stand.
Yield to oncoming inspiration.[/FONT]
