What?

Starting random meaningless threads only clutters up the forum. At least try posting substance-free stuff in Off-Topic.

Hey! Cut the guy some slack... while terse postings are not the norm here, all are welcome. I have heard of several people saying their shift ***** became loose or fell off.

My 1st uncomfortable (actually "oh sh*t!&quot moment came at the do-it-yourself carwash. Some yahoo had nicked/cut the hose on the spray wand... I didn't see it until I had already put in the money, and I made the mistake of trying to work with it anyway.
I was holding the sprayer handle with one hand and grabbed the hose with the other trying to squeeze it to stop water from spraying randomly out of the nicked part. Well, my hand slipped, I accidentally injected water under my skin and reflexively let go of the wand sprayer! It starting flying around in the air like crazy! I basically dove on top of my MINI to protect her, and the wand hit me a couple of times, but I managed to grab it out of the air.
I did end up with one minor half-inch surface scratch but was able to buff it out.

Lesson learned - never use a do-it-yourself carwash booth until you see someone else use it with no problems!

I've posted this b4...but i feel it fits here....perfectly

I was driving in a snow storm earlier this year....
and.....
for no apparent reason.....
out of the blue......
much too my total shock......

The passenger side windshield wiper & metal housing...just.... FLEW OFF!!!!!!

My 1st reaction was to ...bust out laughing.... (that's just my nature)

Peace,
D
