Thanks for the tip, forgot about the OEM site! Armed with part numbers and different dealer parts rep (first guy could not find the correct turn signal light bulb for the customer in front of me), I now have the shelf installed.
Total removal time: 2 Minutes
Total install time: 10 minutes (inside insert just would not line up correctly)
