Wait a minute... a buy it now price of $6638.30??? I think that's about 1/4 of what this should cost. Does that seem a little fishy?

Typo.... By it now price 3,500 GBP. Why even bid on it, just buy it now for that price. Then try to figure out how you will get a Euro MINI back to the states.

Hey, if there's a will there's a way for someone to make a Buck.

It's called Capitalism no matter where you are. If someone is willing to pay for the privledge, let them. It won't be me though.

Remember when people were paying over sticker for PT Cruisers? There's one born every minute.

These are called option prices in the financial literature. Options are contracts whose value is a function of the price of the underlying security (and other things) hence the oft-cited name "derivatives." This price reflects the relative scarcity of the underlying asset--a MINI GP, so I'm not surprised it is so high.

...but the price of the underlying security is (among other things) dependent on the level of demand for it. So it depends, in my humble opinion, on how many suckers are out there.

Just wait until they actually start selling the CAR rather then the space to buy one

For those of us that bought back in 2002 ALL MINIs were seeing reservation spots for sale on Ebay and people were making a bundle.

Bogus ad I think. Bidding on a car that the seller doesn't even have yet? I don't think so!
