I helped build this car, and I can tell you that you don't need a Carfax report. The guy who owned it very rarely drove it; if rain was even in considered an option, they took his girlfriend's Saturn.

I think he managed to put about 6K miles on the car in just over a year, but had a full H-Sport suspension (sway bars; springs; control arms - no camber plates, though), at one point had a Borla Race exhaust (now on my father's '02 MINI S), and a JCW airbox. There was a lot of other stuff installed on this car, too (B&M SSK, Alta pulley, etc...).

I am curious to know if you've found it re-listed somewhere.

 

It has been relisted. I really wanted ever worried about checking the carfax, altough it is good practice. And I dont want to bum anyone out, but if this or any other mini I buy has to be driven in the rain, it will be. This will be a daily driver.

Sorry, but no. It was more like "get the car... you'll love it b/c is a MSC, a hot looking car, AND b/c mine is a daily driver"!
