When I was in Vancouver B.C. last year. I saw a RED BULL MINI that was like that, but instead of being open in the back it had a big can of Red Bull there.
Yaletown Mini said that they did a couple of those for Red Bull.

The day I took delivery of my new Mini, a classic Mini (not sure of the year) showed up. They had actually done, in real life, what you did on your computer. While the body started as a classic Mini, the drivetrain had been updated. As I recall, engine, trans., etc. was a '06 but won't swear to it. Wish I had pictures to post, maybe someone else has seen it and taken pictures. Certainly, some people will frown on this sort of modification but I thought it looked pretty neat.
Us too..
We have a Red Bull MINI running around Greenville South Carolina as well.
