I know this is my first post, its just that Im wondering If there is anyone here on the board who knows a lemon law lawyer here in So.Cal (particularly near Los Angeles) My problem is that I bought my daughter a mini cooper S two months ago, and half that time its in the dealer shop for stalling problem(brought the mini 4x to the dealer-Nick Alexander).The sad part is that all those 4x it stalled she was on the freeway going to her school.
Ask the mechanic at Nick Alexander and they said they can not find any problem with the car.
Please anyone if you can refer me to any lemon law lawyer near Los Angeles/Santa Monica.

Before you get a lawyer involved are you absolutely sure it's not a driver problem? Sorry to ask the question

Is it a manual tranny?
How experienced is your daughter?
Have you been able to duplicate the problem?

 

What are you doing when it stalls? Shifting? Taking off from a stop? I know tha the onboard computer saves a TON of data, so I'd think if it were a mechanical issue, they'd be able yo track it. Alternately, you can try another dealer if you think they're missing something- if a second qualified mechanic can't find an issue then that IS puzzling...

I assume you've tried contacting Mini directly, as well as asked them point-blank for a replacement?
