i had it coming out of my tail wiper too until i ran out of fluid. i left it dry for a week or two... then filled it back up and it hasnt done it since. but the fronts are a new issue.

ur right we are a buch of strange people but id rather be stuck in a lift with 100 mini owners than 100 ford owners, bet their'll be a few laughts there!

Oh, and yes, the problem is quite serious, and well known. The chemicals in the washer fluid ruin the paint. Just use it all (get rid of it anyway you can) and dump it. Replace with just water.

Use a microfiber and WD-40 to remove the bulk of it. A ghost might stick around for a while, depending on color (lighter = more likely to get the ghost) and time it was on the paint. Give it a while and 99% of the ghost should disappear (a month or 2).
